Bay put the giant version of the new Megatron design and I put some light over it and it revealed that he sort of has a g1 inspired head shape.

Yeah he really does have more of a G1 vibe going on with the head all right. Looks cool though and I'm betting those "tusks" he has around his face is actually a form of faceplate that he uses on and off during the movie. Sort of has a jet fighter pilot helmet look to it which makes me think that him having a jet alt mode could be true.

 

The top of the head looks "off"? But I want to know where the hell his mouth actually is lol.

And as much as I really wasn't digging Galvatrons look in AOE, I hope he and Megs are seperate some how and Galvatron carries on a few movies. I think it would be cheap if they just dropped the Galvatron concept for no reason or explanation lol.

 

You know, you might be right. He may have a Optimus style face plate that closes over his mouth and that's why it looks like he doesn't have one.

 

I bet it's some form of mask. Otherwise his head looks similar to Starscream's.

 

I can totally see Frank Welker as Megatron now.

The Symbols on Rightside of Megatron's forehead spell "MEGATRON"
The Symbols on the other side spell out "KNIGHT".

 

Oh jeez, that head does seem shaped like the normal "bucket head" Megatron head shape. That is actually pretty cool. Now what he needs is a huge arm mounted fusion cannon. Him having a mouth guard would be neat, too.

Looks more like Starsceam. I really don't like how round his head is, and I really miss the crest.

 

That's actually a really cool design. Simple, elegant, with a defining feature that doesn't overpower it.

 

He looks like Voltron. Not feeling it yet. I hope he has a mouth.
