I think this would be a good fight because they both are merciless versions of Optimus Prime. In my opinion Movie Optimus wins.
This is the only movieverse Optimus versus alternate universe Optimus fight that would be possible from a characterization standpoint. As stated in the old threads comparing Movie Optimus versus Aligned Optimus, Movie Optimus takes this one. Shattered Glass Optimus would be merely one of many psychotic monsters that Movie Optimus sent to Saint Peter.

Optimus Prime would win. I mean, Optimus would put a good fight, but Optimus just stands no chance against Optimus. I mean, Optimus against Optimus, it's not even fair. Ah but seriously, Movie Prime would probably win. Shatter Prime would inevitably take a moment to sadistically gloat or some shit and Movieop would plug him with an axe halfway through.
