Will he come back? Who knows it's possible, Paramount is needing a bankable name and someone who can bring a film in on budget so I'd imagine they are attempting to move heaven and earth to get him back in the director's chair. Also would not be the first time Bay has said he was done only to return.

A changed director? Not a chance. He's just not one of those directors that change. Why he doesn't change is up for debate but looking at his body of work until now it seems he will never change.

To be honest I hope he comes back. Obviously he has flaws, the team he had in the previous movies was weak. With the upcoming TFCU I do believe he will get things right.

He has done pretty good movies, the execution he has given us pretty good, we have to be fair. I do hope Mr.Bay returns

Side note - Let someone else trying to make a TF film that people could possibly enjoy for a change. Joss Whedon? James Cameron? JJ Abrams? Certainly someone else, of course I respect Bay and I love the films but he needs to step down.

 

Joss Wheadon...after Age of Ultron. I doubt it. he managed to alienate his target audiences, which is hilarious and sad.

James Cameron....it's be too preachy in whatever he's trying to say...so meh. He used to be based though. I wish he would go back to being based. he has a good taste in actors though...except maybe Sam Worthington.

JJ Abrams....probablt heading to a better plain of existence with episode VII, too good for the franchise.

People were actually happy about the news of bay returning??? REALLY? Whatever, 13 hours looks good, but If I had the power I would not let him touch Transformers again. He probably will direct tf5 though so whatever.
