Apparently the Creators are angry about the order of things that Optimus has become responsible for. Lockdown was used by the Creators to capture him.

Now if the Creators are very powerful and all knowing, why would Optimus pose so much danger to them?

Well the future movies will likely explain that but for my thoughts I'm guessing Optimus was among the few who rebelled against the creators then later on lost his memories of who he used to be thus having the creators hiring Lockdown to bring him back to face justice.

 

Because the guy literally killed a god?

 

He is not a threat for them.The TF are all criminals in their eyes by trashing the entire universe with their war(not to mention they destroyed Cybertron) and don't forget about "species mixing with species".

 

Because he unbalanced the Universe?

 

Because the Creators don't like the mingling of the races, they built the Transformers to do what they were told.

I think it is pretty obvious. 1. He has the matrix. 2. He killed the fallen (the anti-christ in transformer standards). 3. He is the leader of 1 of the two MAIN factions of cybertronian civil war and the other factions leader (megatron) has been or was presumed to be dead. 4. He seemed to be some sort of knight rebel in his early life and seemed to have connections i.e. Sentinel, The dinobots. .....There is really a lot of threats he could pose, I mean, if my creation helped destroy the world I created for it, and then went out and mixed with other worlds bringing it's destruction from it's planet to that new world...Yeah, I'd be upset.

 

Don't forget that this is Bayformers Optimus we're talking about here. He'll have a field day fighting dudes with five faces.

And if you have a face, you're basically screwed against Movie Optimus. So naturally the Creators would be scared shitless of this guy who ripped faces off of almost all of his species' population.

 

Because he mingled with Humans? It upset the cosmic balance.

Maybe the Creators have been watching the films so they know how over powered Prime has become and how the villains keep getting weaker with less chance of success.

 

They are clearly aware of what happened by now.

I'm not really sure but if Optimus were to confront his creators, Why would Lockdown think they brought Prime to do what he's told? We've never should have listened to Lockdown but i'm glad Optimus killed him
