I'd like more variety in fights. Imagine a scene where the Autobots take on Galvatron. Optimus fights with his brute force and nigh limitless energy, trying not to give his opponent an opening. Bumblebee would dart in and out thanks to his speed and help distract Galvs so Optimus can really lay into him. Drift fights with his swords or from the air as a helicopter. Crosshairs uses his guns to shoot at weak points with his perfect aim. And Hound unleashes everything he's got to help gradually whittle the opponent down (including his Gatling gun amongst many other weapons).

Multiple bot-on-bit fights have usually been pretty awesome. It was cool to see the NEST team advancing in Chicago (Sideswipe covering the rear, Dino fighting hand to hand, Ratchet sniping high targets and Bee and the humans focusing on what's directly ahead), or the Autobots fighting Sentinel, or Autobots taking on Brawl together.

I agree that more Autobots needed to be involved in the fights with REAL Decepticons (not a bunch of protoforms and T-1000 wannabe Decepticons). Way too much Optimus and Bumblebee vs everyone. The Ironhide/Sideswipe fight vs the Dreads was a perfect example of spreading it out with the other Autobots but that was basically it. The first movie got it right because all of Autobots were fighting a tight knit group of Decepticons. Altough I think it would've been better to see Ironhide or Ratchet finish off Blackout.

You just need someone crazy as Optimus.

I agree, but not only that they need more character development too.
