Starscream coming back with his indestructible spark would be super rad to see... Shockwave and Soundwave, meh, they've had their chance to shine. Megatron is now Galvatron, they could have Scourge and Cyclonus show up, or any number of other decepticons. I'm hopefully optimistic about the next chapter. I just hope Bay doesn't direct, that's really what I'd like to see.

*Transformers to be treated like real characters*

    *Takes Devastator into Starbucks*

"My friend here would like to order. Go ahead, Devastator, tell them what you want."

    "....."

"Are you sure? I recommend you get skim."

    "....."

"Hey, I'm just trying to watch out for you, is all."

    "....."

"*groan* Ms, what do you think? Is he right in saying he should have whole milk with his latte, or am I right to say he should have skim?"

    "....."

"We both agreed to not bring that subject up in public. We talked about it, remember?"

Just let them talk in vehicle mode.

Do you realise how many lines the TFs could've had if they could talk in alt mode? You're limiting the characters' abilities to be characters to only when they're sucking up the CGI budget, when it's not necesary.

I kinda think it's a unique limitation... They NEED to transform if they want to talk (bar Bumblebee).

Now if only this would come true and they would have cooler robot designs.

The movie Autobot designs have been fine to date for key characters. Although AOE was a step back with no vehicle parts visible generally.

The movie aesthetic is ok with me it is the movies themselves that let things down.

If there is a focus on characters and a leader who believes in 'freedom is the right' then let's get rid of the 'I'll kill you' Prime and return with a character who despises violence and suffering.

I agree it's a unique limitation, but totally ill-suited to the movies. The movies, with their restrictive high-quality CGI, need every shortcut they can get. Save it for a cartoon that can still feature the robots in prominence, but it would be such an advantage in the films.

This is my thought. It certainly increases our odds of finally getting one done right.
