Actually there is a replica of Ratchets head in the ksi labs, dont remember the exact scene but I know it is there. It is an all white head with red Eyes if I remember correctly.

Lockdowns crew took the main ship. The arm the Autobots took is still there my guess is the Dinobots went back to it

 

I think Ratchet is the perfect opportunity to resurrect a character the right way. It'd show that the writers are actually paying attention to the little things since Lockdown specifically took his spark in one piece and kept it.

 

I thought the Autobots took command of the main ship and that they had a transport?

 

The Knightship was theoretically leaving under the command of Lockdown's crew, although there's still an outside chance Galvatron's KSI minions commandeered it for him instead.

Except I'm pretty sure the whole gang who seemed set on doing so all died in the blast from Lockdown's Seed-grenade after Optimus set it off...so probably not.

Fuck no. Leave characters dead. Why kill them in the first place if you're just going to have them come back and make their initial death that much more meaningless?

Besides, Optimus and Megatron have already played out the cliché resurrection plot device.

Because some of us are fans of his and would like to continue to see him in the movies? Just like fans of Sideswipe, Ironhide, Jazz, Starscream and others would like to see them back/still in the movies?

 

No. Optimus and Megatron get one resurrection each, you start doing it with every character and no one's gonna give a shit when they're killed off, it lacks emotional weight if a character's death makes you think "oh well, they'll be back in the next one" and not "holy shit, they killed off [Name]!".

 

Keep him dead. Not doing so robs that movie of a fair share of its impact.
