I'd rather he didn't. I think his voice is far too old sounding for Bumblebee especially without how Bumblebee is pretty childish despite being a total badass.

 

No he means "flush out!" WE get the Predacons to chase his butt out of hiding and hunt him down till he's expended to much fuel to fight, and then rip him a new one. You listening Bay! 

 

Character development is always a plus. I personally would like to see Bee get his voice back, but an inner monologe would be pretty neat actually. I hope he's focused on more in the next one.

 

I wouldn't want Bee to get his voice back now, for the simple reason that Ratchet's gone, and that would be a terrible insult to his medical skills.

Ratchet - 'Bumblebee, I've spent millennia trying to fix your voice box after Megatron crushed it so terribly. I thought I had it that one time, but alas. I'm afraid the damage is just too great. I'm sorry old friend.'

New Medic - 'There you go mate, all fixed. It was just a loose wire after all!'
'Bee - 'Thanks, Doc. I'm glad you're dead Ratchet you useless old quack!'

 

I suppose it would interesting to explore. Perhaps with Optimus off looking for his Creators Bumblebee could actually be developed. I kinda like those movies where you're not exactly sure who's narrating the film until the very end.

Aww - but I like the idea of a Zoidberg Ratchet. He could reformat into a dumpster and live in himself.

 

Was it Megatron that crushed it? I must have missed that part in one of the movies...I know he ripped it out in Prime.

Ratchet's medical skills? You mean the one throwaway line the 1st movie to give him a category?

I would totally laugh if the next movie an Autobot warrior (like Warpath) or a human (like Cade) fixed it.

I'd be ok with it proving that Movie Ratchet was a shit medic because he is one.
