Was discussing this with a buddy and I think a shared universe between Transformers, MASK and GI Joe could work.
TF reboot, Matt Tracker employ Cybertronian technology into terran vehicles and supplied vehicles and equipment to the Joe team, who needs it to combat COBRA / MARS, who also use Cybertronian tech.

Fuccccccccck yes would I be down with this, given Stealth Force is basically M.A.S.K. already and the first GI Joe film basically gave humans cybertronian exo-suits.

Hell, let's go whole hog: Can we throw in Inhumanoids and C.O.P.S. too?

Matt Tracker is a joe now,so i would think the rest are too. With joe and transformers having so many crossovers. They go with my Joes every chance i get.Zartan/Animated Lockdown,Snake eyes/animated Prowl,Scarlett/Prime Arcee and Zanya/Beasthunters Arcee. When Matt was made a joe,it all became a shared universe for me.

Not sure if serious or mocking... but as long as Paramount, HASBRO and IDW had these properties then... but sure why not?

COPS is in the future, and Inhumanoids sounds a little too inhuman for general audiences.

But I'd love if they could throw in THE CENTURIONS and GO-BOTS.

I'm not familiar with COPS or The Centurions. But Go-Bots? I thought HASBRO absorbed and killed them?

If they make a MASK film(not the Jim Carry film)have it be a stand alone movie from Transformers and GI Joe. I would like something that shows the MASK team and Venom being formed.Miles Mayham is a disgraced general who busts harden criminals out of prison and forms venom.Tracker the vehicle designer he is descovers Spectrum and perfects the masks and recruits people with different specialties to combat venom.

A stand-alone MASK movie would kick ass. Update the original vehicles with their new incarnations, totally wicked. Updated weaponry, oh yeah.

Hardest part is to figure out a way to actually merge the properties into a single setting without losing something important from one of them while having the result seem cohesive, it's not easy to do outside of Mask/TF/GI Joe.

It'd be cool if all these obscure properties got a remake of any kind.

On the topic of MASK, that helicopter jet could borrow from FOC Vortex's alt. mode.

I see a shared universe as a good thing for both Hasbro and Paramount.

For Paramount it gives them one more tool to sell movie tickets. Right now as it stands there aren't hooks to see other Paramount films. If you watched a Transformers film there is nothing there to sell a GI Joe movie. So it's down to I'll watch this other Paramount film because I just like action films in general. But a shared universe gets you those ticket buyers who want to see the whole big picture. A connection between say Transformers and MASK would have more people going I've got to see MASK because I'm invested in the Hasbro shared universe.

For Hasbro it's good because it encourages kids to play across brands. That if you have Bumblebee then you also need to have Duke and Matt Tracker. Since parents have to take kids to see these films if the brands are mixed across brands then it will help to encourage parents to also buy presents across Hasbro brands.

While everything can't easily be part of a shared universe there are brands that seem like an easy fix. Even a brand like COPS could be revised to move it from the far future to the present if Cybertronian, MASK, and Cobra tech was out there for criminals to use.

I like this idea very much! Hell you could down the road have Tracker and crew become headmasters - "Masked headmasters" -Modify the Joe Exo-Suit using cybertron tech and there is the base "shell".

I think this would be a great marketing strategy.

    Loved that theme :)

Great ideas, it gives the human characters more of a role for action sequences.
