I love the DOTM Teaser Trailer with the moon landing. Seriously, I can't count all the times I have watched this at home, it's just awesome. There is, however a version of the Payoff trailer for AOE, which has Battle Cry instead of Lockdown's theme and it's probably a close second. I got chills when I first saw it (and I haven't been able to find it online since), which the normal trailer failed to make. EDIT: Found it.
RoTF and AoE had some damn good trailers. It's difficult to decide, but I'm leaning more towards AoE. The trailers played it up to have a different feel from the first three, matching the magic of the first.

I'm going to have to say Revenge of the Fallen. Reason being that I loved TF2007, but wasn't a hardcore fan besides that. I had forgotten about the first film until I was watching the Superbowl and the ROTF first trailer showed. I was so damn excited and flipped out because I never thought there would be a second of such a cool film like TF2007.
I would have to say that the Dark of the Moon trailer was the best - I mean there were so many money shots...
07 with Dotm's second trailer being a VERY close second. That being said however, here's just something about Dark of the Moon's second trailer that no other TF trailer can truly match. It had such a somber and hopeless tone to it at the beginning, and then once it showed scenes of the space bridge with the Decepticon invasion going underway, the trailer cranked up the music to a faster and more energetic pace, while still maintaining that gritty and epic feel. Then it happened... You see Shockwave come in and completely dominate the trailer with merely one scene of him marching up to the camera, and cocking his gun, making you think that he was about to kick some serious ass; Bumblebee starts running on building walls, Optimus is seen going on a killing spree, and then the trailer settles back down and gives you two goosebump inducing lines of dialogue. Simmon's now infamous "Where were you when the took over the planet?", and Prime's "The fight will be your own", both of which hit that this will be the darkest TF film yet. All of that, and the fact that we all thought that this was Bay's final Transformer movie, is why that trailer is so loved.
Meh, oh well it was a good movie at least. I still enjoy Dotm a lot to this day. Feeling hopeless for the Bots and what not. Plus the trailer had some of the best freakin money shots of transformers ever D
