BW robot sizes compared to G1

I was watching the BW Agenda 3 parter over the weekend and when BW Megs was hovering over G1 Prime in the Ark...it got me wondering if the BW size was anywhere close to say Micromaster size as compared to G1 bots.

In the old Marvel comics, Micromasters were still slightly bigger than humans in robot form...and in BWs we saw their robot size in relation to the 'humans' (I use that word loosely) and they weren't that much larger.

Just some random thoughts as I sit here @ work waiting for 5PM to come!

Yeah, about human sized of bigger Although Optimus Prime's truckcab-sized chest makes BW Megatron look a bit smaller than he probably should have been.

weren't the beast wars characters at least roughly anologous to their Animal type?

Dinobot - 7ft

Op Op - 15ft or so..
Airrazor - 5ft-ish

Preds:
Orig/TM Megatron - 7ft
Tarantulus - 6ft
Scorponok - 6ft
Quickstrike - 4ft

Some of those have to be off, BA next to Rattrap shows that they're the same height, Silverbolt should be taller than BA, etc. Dinobot II is taller than Silverbolt by a good bit.

I had them more like this:

Rattrap 5-6ft
Cheetor 6ft
TM Cheetor 6-7ft
TM2 cheetor 7-8ft
Optimus -8ft
TM Optimus 10ft
Rhinox - 9-10ft

Thinking they were the same size as mammals,
but were'nt they huge to the monkeypeople they were always saving?

Or was that just Megs and his big Dino ass.
Still he was so tiny when blasting G1 Prime in the face with that timetornado

Don't look at my stuff!! Which is

For the most part, Preds and Maximals are about Micromaster sized. A few of the larger bots get close to a Mini-vehicle like Bumblebee and Gears.

This has mostly been covered in the Botcon/OTFCC comics. (which need to be finished in my opinion by IDW or FP as comics or just a collected TPB.)

Using Prime as a size comparison would be inaccurate. If I recall, Megatron was portrayed as being so much smaller for dramatic effect, the idea of the old Transformers as legends and bigger than life.

The proto humans are a better gauge, in which case, most maximals/preds would fall in the 6-9" range, with exceptions like Op Op
