Seriously. First Takara urgend Hasbro to turn the Dodge Ram into Optimus Prime.
Then they decided not to release him in Japan at all.
Instead, they will release another tiny, expensive version of G1 Prime with weird proportions and a craptastic vehicle mode.
So instead of boycotting the Hasbro release, wouldn't a boycott of THS G1 Convoy make a lot more sense? NOTE THAT I AM NOT ASKING ANYONE TO SERIOUSLY BOYCOTT THE TOY. This is merely an attempt at getting a serious discussion about why everything Takara release at inflated prices and with horrendous quality control is automatically pure gold, whereas everything Hasbro release is boycott-worthy for the sole reason that Takara don't release it.
