    Once we get into the technorganic stuff from Beast Wars/Machines, they probably meet that "cell" criteria too.

    They've bandied around the whole "CNA" thing a couple of times, but I don't think it's ever been explicitly laid out enough to satisfy that criteria. Not that it really matters, since I don't think it's really a relevant one in the grand scheme of thing anyway.



    Other than the whole "cell" thing, which is, again, a criteria that has basically been proven wrong in the Star Trek universe, Data too meets all of the criteria for life listed above. See episodes "Measure of a Man" and "The Quality of Life".
