Ok now Armada and Prime are basically equal to each other in my mind both have there pros and cons but are defiantly in the better part of TF: shows to me. So i just would like to ask what do you guys like better.

I can't really decide here sometimes i like Armada better and sometimes Prime proves itself to be better. So i would like to ask you guys what is the better series

The only saving grace of Armada is Starscream and The Unicron Battles.

I'm going to have to say Armada, because they didn't kill off characters as quick as they do in Prime.

Why the hell do people keep asking this? Prime has a few things wrong, status que, Speechimus Prime. That's about it. Armada has crappy animation, acting, is all BUY THE TOY'S, and is cheesy as hell. No contest, Prime all the way

Though I wish we had Hot Shot in Prime even more than Bumblebee or Smokescreen. also Miko is better than Carlos any day of the week.

 

I enjoy Armada more.

 

If Armada didn't have annoying ass human characters and those weird errors I think I would actually say Armada.

But as it stands I like Prime better. But that isn't saying much.

 

Hot Shout would be cool. And forget Carlos. Remember Fred and Billy?!

Fred and Billy irritated the piss out of me. I liked a lot of the robot characters in Armada but man it had some of the worst human characters in the entire franchise if you ask me. The only one I could tolerate was Alexis and that was mostly because of her interaction with Starscream.

 

Prime. Much more tolerable, much better on a technical scale, better human cast, and I like more than one character.

But the second half rocked. Mortal Combat has the best Optimus vs. Megatron fight ever.

.I remember armada being OK in a below average anime kind of way but if I'm honest if it wasn't part of the transformers franchise and they didn't give us a great Unicron toy I wouldn't have give it the time of day. the way all of the shoes stack up to me is like this we have;

the good trilogy beast wars/animated/prime

the rubbish trilogy armada/energon/cybertron

the good, naive and fun but kind of embarrassing quaddrilogy G1/robots in disguise/beast machines/movies

 

I enjoyed Armada more, even with the awful kids.

 

TFP beats Armada.
