Has anyone else had any issues getting a response from TFSource? I've emailed them twice through their website. My Masterpiece Lambor has bubbles in the paint on the hood and it looks like crap so I wanted to exchange it for a new one. I sent them an enquiry through their site twice now and haven't heard a thing back. It said I could check the status of the enquiry through My Source but I don't see that anywhere. I've been searching for the past half hour and can't find anything relating to enquiry status.
if i ever need to get in touch with TFSource, i use 2 methods. 1- is email, i give it 2 days before i get nervous this is likely a busy time of the year for them. 2- FACEBOOK! i posted something on their wall a few days ago and got some great answers very quickly. patience is key.
How long does it take them to get back to you regarding an exchange? It's been over a week. I emailed them on Facebook and they told me to email thru the site. Is there a direct email so I can make sure they're getting my emails?
There are bubbles and paint clumps on the hood. If it were anywhere else it would suck but I'd deal. The hood is front and center. Them not responding is shitty. I've spent alot of money with them the past few years but if this is how they do things, I may go back to BBTS. I just wanted an exchange, not my money back.
When they finally respond, be prepared for them to snail mail you a return shipping label instead of emailing it to you
I'm just looking for some kind of an acknowledgement that they've received my email. I haven't gotten a single peep back from them. Their site said I'd hear back within 24 hours so I don't know if they've even gotten my message. It's frustrating.
