Why Season 4 of Generation 1 has only 3 episodes?

    Meh, I was already in Middle School when TFs started.... and everyone was crazy about it. Even when I got to Highschool around the time of the Movie... there were still plenty of kids into it.

    No, the cartoon ended because Hasbro had a falling out with Sunbow.

    I remember being so excited when Rebirth aired. I assumed there was more episodes on the way, so I'd tune in everyday for at least a year to see if it'd be a new episode. I knew from the first 3 seconds of the into if it was or not, and if it wasn't the season 4 intro I quickly turned over to TMNT. They did manage to get my hopes up a few times, when they replayed Rebirth.

    I know for myself, and other kids at my school, the lack of cartoon really killed of interest in Transformers, especially with the seemingly cheaper toys that came after (no rubsigns, smaller headmasters/targetmasters).

    Personally, I just ignore Rebirth in favor of Headmasters.
