Collection Count: Lost count | I agree with this list especially following the Marvel G1 comics. Megatron was a beast, taking down Predaking. Only time he was taken down was when he rushed into a fight with Shockwave who fully exploited his injuries. |

His Tech Specs gave him only 8 Strength, weirdly enough, but given the evidence I'd be willing to believe that's an error. Maybe his stats were swapped with Hun-Grr or something. -Galvatron (most versions would qualify, though in the cartoons the question remains whether he had access to as much power once he was no longer linked with Unicron. Same for Cyclonus, whose Targetmaster stats only give him 9 Strength). For their continuity-specific incarnations, I'd also say: -Jhiaxus (Marvel G2) -Overlord (IDW) In 1987, there were a lot of guys listed with 10 Strength for some reason. It was an anomalous year in that sense, but for the sake of acknowledging them: -Hun-Grr -Apeface -Snapdragon -Skullcruncher Bludgeon has never been all that physically strong. Thunderwing wasn't super-strong either, until his IDW incarnation... but I almost don't count that, since he's almost more of a plot device than a character. If you go by original Trypticon, he's actually quite intelligent (a 7/10 according to his specs), and while being incredibly powerful, he was still matched by all 5 Dinobots working in unison. Bear in mind, that was a story written by the guy who invented Trypticon. However, in the cartoons it was easier to use him as a city-sized Godzilla-former with cave-man intelligence, which I don't think was especially interesting. Remember, the cartoon is also pants-on-head retarded. Trypticon was made out of a HUMAN city, so hypothetically, half of him is made out of reinforced concrete and drywall. ![]() But yeah, either way, I'd still expect Trypticon to be in the top rung for raw strength. I guess we never knew just how strong Straxus was. He was BIG, so I assume he was strong, but he may not be on the same level as those others you mention. However, if we're looking at Marvel-only characters, Jhiaxus would be pretty high on that list. He held his own against Megatron and Prime at the same time. Quote:
