Prime with Movies aesthetic as a close second. I love the detail and organicness of the movie design and I feel that Prime improved it by simplifying the designs and smoothing out the rough edges.

Animated, BW, then Prime.
The only ones that I don't like are the boxy, chunky designs the Unicron trilogy stuck with.

Movieverse. I love the realistic alts, non-human-like bot modes, and all the mechanical details.
Beast Wars is a close second for similar reasons: realistic beasts (pre-Transmetals, at least), non-human-like bots, and all the organic details. Also got to love how the bot-mode heads reflect the beast modes's.

G1, no question. BoxFormers for life, baby.

But who cares. I can enjoy it all. My least favorite aesthetic is probably Animated, and yet that is still one of my favorite TF series of all-time.
