I love the detail and organicness of the movie design and I feel that Prime improved it by simplifying the designs and smoothing out the rough edges. |

Beast Wars is a close second for similar reasons: realistic beasts (pre-Transmetals, at least), non-human-like bots, and all the organic details. Also got to love how the bot-mode heads reflect the beast modes's. |
