What were the Bad Reasons About the G1 Series

some i readly hated and plus a thread like this will never be created by me again

To be fair, every show, good or bad, has some crappy episodes.

I love B:TAS, but "I've got a Batman in my basement" makes me want to punch babies.

I grew up watching G1 Transformers AND Poser-bots.

Poser-bots are Gobots, right?

Nah, he just means shows with Predacons... even if his user title is Predacon.

See, the lack of Gobots has made the fandom turn on it's self. We were united (no, not really) when we had other, non-TF robots, to trash.

And hate for Predacons makes no sense, since we had them and Predaking in G1, not to mention so many other TFs with beast alt-modes.

Poser-bots are Beast Wars, A/E/C, RiD, Bayformers, Animated and even Prime.
While each of these Knock Off series have something good about them, they're not as good as the G1 cartoon. IMO.

I did a wiring job for Joe Bacal in Nov. 2010, we sat around and talked about the show for an hour... Orson Welles impressions and the whole nine. I don't know of many people that have such fond memories of a job that ended 25+ years ago. I feel that these constant re-boots disrespect the source material. I don't care if Hasbro owns Transformers, they're messing with my favorite childhood heroes. They are too different. When DC re-boots Batman they don't turn him into a damn dirty Ape.

1984forever, you do realize that Beast Wars and G1 take place in the same timeline, right?

I know... but it just stinks so bad. I watched the entire series on Netflix. My wife flashed me this look like "you can't be serious"...

Why would you watch the COMPLETE Beast Wars cartoon if it stunk so bad? I'd think one would have common sense to stop watching after a certain point if it didn't get your interest.
