Transformer relationships

Invaders are trying to reshape our fandom in the image of every other fiction-based fandom.

Just want to bring this back up,.

Autonomous Robotic Organisms should not have human characteristics attributed to them. I'm okay with the existence of male and female Transformers, because that could be a direct result of their creation based upon other species in the Universe; not just humanity.

I am, however completely against them having relationships. It's just too simplistic for who they are. They are a sophisticated and powerful race of beings, whom I believe, have far more secrets to unravel than Megatron playing match maker.

But this is poetic in it's intricacies! It's almost magical in the way it writes itself


Besides, it could be worse. If most of the fandom here were female, you'd see a lot of male robot on female human type threads.

I was just reading that "Arcee's Hot" thread. Priceless. I almost feel sorry that Aaron has to be so straight-faced when he swoops in and locks robosexual threads down.

Well, you do have a point. Most of the female-made fanfiction I've seen usually ends up with male robots boinking with other male robots. I'm not into slash, but one of the few slash I did read was riffed on by Topless Robot, and that was over a Megatron/Starscream coupling with Starscream pregnant with 'seekerlets.'

Frankly,I'm surprised at the females wanting to pair Starscream up with Megatron, wouldn't they want Screamer to themselves? All they have to do is self-insert themselves into a story, put in one of WheelJack's size changing inventions, and they can shag him themselves.
