Thoughts about G1 today

I don't, look at stuff like pokemon and Power Rangers, they don't stimulate ones brain in anyway whatsoever but look at the uber success they've both enjoyed!

I'd like to know how you came to this conclusion, when most kids don't know about Primus at all.

I respect it as the first, the one that gave way to all Transformers series that came after it. It was really ridiculous though. I consider it to be like all inventions. I respect Ford for creating the Model T, but I still prefer modern cars.

G1 will forever hold a special place in the hearts of those who saw it when they were younger. It was fun at the time and that's what matters.

Loved the series during the 80s. Still love it now.

Great writing as far as fun, smart character dialogue. Awful storytelling. Animation is all over the place. There are better TF shows, but the G1 cartoon can't be replaced.
