Galvatron or Megatron?

I haven't really seen much of season 3 or 4 so is galvatron actually stronger than megatron since unicron rebuilt him?

In then movie he is, but, It seems to me that the loss of Unicron, and time in the plasma pool, weakened him.

Megatron all the way. The only Galvatron I've ever liked is G1 Galvatron. I liked him in TFTM and The Headmasters, but loathed him in G1 Season 3. He was both physically stronger and mentally more competent than G1 Megatron...until he fell in that acid bath on Thrull after the events of TFTM. Ironically, G1 Season 3 Galvatron is my least favorite Decepticon leader.

I like Movie Galvatron, but overall I think Megatron is a better character. The biggest problem for Megatron is that he falls victim to 80's cartoon writing. I wouldn't say Galvatron is stronger considering Rodimus threw him half way across the galaxy, meanwhile a roughed up Megatron one arms Hot Rod like he is bumblebee.

Perhaps, but Rodimus had just been powered up by the Matrix. It seemed to me that he had more strength then than at any other time in his life. Besides, I imagine Galvatron's strength was sapped what with all that torture.

Not to mention that Unicron's death may have been a major factor in Galvatron's later insanity.

I've never heard of BW2 galvatron with GPS, mine is just fine but is this something I should look out for?

Megatron. Just because I don't see the point of galvatron. He is just megatron 2.0.

Galvatron got shit done. Killed Magnus, Star Scream and tried to choke out Hotrod. Also tried to use the Matrix against unicron. This guy was ruthless and had balls! Even after the 86 movie he was the Decpticon Leader all feared. Sending Sweeps to their doom!
There was no stopping him. He was crazy.

Megatron was cool but he lacked the evil that Galavtron used to his advantage.
Star Scream would of never made it past the first season if Galavtron was in command from the start.

I do consider them the Same bot Megatron/Galvatron as I consider Hot Rod/Rodimus to be the same. Just upgraded versions. After the 86 movie due to Unicrons mind torcher and the lava bath there was less Megatron and More Galvatron.

All other versions of Galvatron, energon, cybertron and Rid IMO don't count. They were just a way to sell more toys.
