The Most Shocking Moments in Transformers...

For me it was in BW at the end of the first season when the second 'moon' turned into a weapon and was going to mess things up.

I first saw the G1 movie in 2005 (Strange that) and I was surprised that Prime died within the first half hour.

I remember watching Beast Wars as a kid, and when Optimus Primal died at the end of season 1, all I could say was: "... Optimus?" I fell in love with Beast Wars after that. Lets not forget that the end of season 2 was a mind blowing and chilling cliffhanger.

That the decepticons finally figured out how to replace their obvious training weapons, with the lethal variants in the 1986 movie.

And that Ratchet, Prowl and Ironhide suddenly sucked ass when it came to aiming accurately.....

I'm going with ALL the autobot "Causualties" in the G1 TF Movie including Prime. I was not expecting ANY deaths in that movie.

I had a feeling Sentinel was going to be a traitor in DOTM. Maybe because he's voiced by Galvatron. (Spock never voices good robots... but please prove me wrong if he does)

At the time, Rodimus Prime was in fact going to be the new leader. It's seems a for gone conclusion now, but before seeing the movie.... he was just Autobot Hero (I think).

Car Robots. In 2000 I really felt Transformers was getting ready to die. And, that Car Robots was the big fairwell. What was shocking was the return of vehicles.... and that the toys were so damn amazing. Topping it all off with a new show.... I couldn't believe it.

The '07 movie. I honestly thought it would never happen. There was so much talk leading up to it, so many times it fell through. Then with everything we heard/saw during pre-production I thought it would be the worst. The best shock of all was that I loved it.

Animated- it was such a departure style wise from anything before.

Animated getting cancelled. ROTF sucking ass. Megan Fox getting dumped from DOTM.

2003- Master Piece Convoy and Binaltech being shown for the first time.

Cullen coming back to voice Optimus for the movies, and to a greater extent that they got him to do the new show.

That DOTM made over a billion $,$$$,$$$,$$$.

It's crazy to think that when Hasbro decided to kill off so many characters in the '86 movie they thought kids wouldn't care.
