I just thought that maybe flickr does shit to images to give em an inflated reading, as that was the middleman between what your computer says & what your browser says. If you wanna see what it shows up as, go to the image, right click, and then go to "view image info". Not sure what else to say...

It sure is, which I why I wish Hasbro would take a strong look at Dinobot, Waspiantor, and perhaps BW Megatron being in the HoF and give Beast Wars more focus. Better Generations figures, non show toy nod under Prime, something besides some club exclusive.

    Awesome banners man!

I too would really like to see some more Beast Wars focussed toys come up, I'm not going to hold my breath though but I think if there is a chance at all? - It'll be with the upcoming Generations line comprised of 40+ figures.

Just don't get your hopes up too much guys, 1st things 1st; let's get this Tyrannically Reptilian Predacon Leader in BW Megatron firmly established as the Hall of Fame fan Nominee for 2012! :D

I just made my own sig for him. I'm not expecting them to but in case anyone wants to use it as their own, here it is.

As BM Megatron is a continuation of BW Megatron, although hailing from a somewhat little less desirable show but none-the-less exists, I would have to say yes with a degree of certainty. :)

I'd assume so too, even if unofficially for the sake of not having to call him (Beast Wars & Beast Machines Megatron). Like, Beast Machines was obviously a different show, but he was the same character throughout both of em, and one was written as a continuation of the other.

^Hmmm, I thought he WAS. And don't bother pointing out with charts and graphs how I'm "wrong" because "they were different characters". No shit, so were Animated and Movie Megatron. Megatron= All Megatrons at least how I saw it. (and don't confuse my POV as "hating", I love BW Megatron, but I thought he was part of the "Megatron" induction)

I guess they're all part of the Megatron "family", but pretty much in terms of marketing namesake. Other than that, you could say that BW Megatron is like a distant grandchild of the G1 Megatron, or something. Maybe its the other way around when you consider the tribulations of time travel, but still.

Also, who's the girl in your sig? I feel like I should know, but...

No confusion here dude, glad to hear you're a fan though. :)

I think that the thing is with BW Megatron, as he existed in the same Universe as G1 Megatron and that they are clearly distinct and different 'beings', that is what differs from G1 Megatron and Animated Megatron/Movie Megatron; Whilst they're obviously not the same 'being', Animated Megatron/Movie Megatron is a reinterpretation of that archetypal being (G1 Megatron) for that universe and hence is the same character - resulting in their inclusion of the Hall of Fame for 'Megatrons' and why BW Megatron wasn't. :thumb

At the end of the day though, Hasbro is the one who has given BW Megatron the nod, along with Optimus Primal, so yeah... I don't know what else I could say that might satiate you mate.

I agree with all that, I am just saying, from Hasbro's POV, and for a second, remove yourself from the "super-fan" and become a "more-than casual-fan" for a second. We have all these favorites, as currently evidenced by all the candidates that are up for nomination. To put another "Megatron" in, regardless of all the reasons we've discussed, to me seems like a wasted vote. I mean, at the end of the day, the HOF is just a "list" basically, and instead of seeing new bots go in there, just giving another "Megatron" the spot, just so we can all say "Well, BW Megatron deserved it" seems redundant. But, as they say, that's why you can vote.
(Oh and the girl in my picture is a teacher and one of my co-workers. The day that pic was taken was Multicultural day. I had Mexico and she had Egypt, so hence the outfits. And even though I'm married, I'll go ahead and say it, she's hot. So see, not to blow smoke up my ass, but I hang with hot chicks at work too...wait, weren't we talking about Megatrons or something? I lost my train of thought for some reason)

Then by all means, put him in the HOF.

@ D-Unit: Megatrons > hot chicks (even ones that remind me of Rene Paquett & the Bella Twins)

... clearly. In either case, I see your point, and that's sort of why I don't take any of this seriously. I made a couple of sigs because it was fun, and then laughed at a couple of people who got into hard arguments about this shit because well, it was pretty hilarious.
