I know that I'm in the minority when it comes to the first movie. But there's a lot of people who thought that the second Transformers movie wasn't very good. |

He deserves it beyond the shadow of a doubt. |

As I said in my frontpage post, he took the series and made it into a phenomenon. Transformers now is the biggest it has been since 1984 and it's all thanks to Michael Bay for getting the series back into the public consciousness again. ![]() Quote:

Most of the posts on this thread have said "Regardless of the quality of the movie.." in the beginning, we ARE talking about EXACTLY what Bay did here. Quote:

Simple answer is yes. It doesn't matter who we could've got or what your persona feelings are on the films themselves, we got him, and he and Hasbro banded togetehr to make probably one of the most, if not the most, wildly successful Transformers line in the franchise's history, and that most assuredly deserves recognition in the HoF. Copy/Paste (albiet to a slightly lesser extent due to less creative input) for Steve. ![]() ''Brevity is the soul of wit.'' - Bill Shakesguy | |

Both movies, from a critical point of view, were generally pretty bad, ROTF being much worse. The point most of us have is that because of him and his movies, Transformers is much bigger now than it ever had been. made lots of new friends got a bit sick, a bit shot having a pretty wonderful time bye |
