| Aaaaaaaaaaand I spot a flaw. Due to laws of completing the whole, 45% good is the same as 55% evil, 63% good equals 27% evil, and so forth. If you are dealing with integer percents here, there's only 99 possibilities, not 198. I'd like to see how this revelation affects the rest of your arbitrary calculations.
