Pretty awesome that they named the continuity like that. What did you say when they told you?

That really is the most irritating trend on these boards in years.

Now that's just mean.

My point was that some things are difficult to prove one way or another within the context of a public forum. I could demand nelson uploads scans of his passport to prove his claims, but that's not likely to happen. What else would convince you?

Perhaps a large article on the marvel blog titled "proving I am who I say I am to strangers on the internet"? Even then there will be questionmarks surrounding nelson's dob, the existance of the ref. Number he's going on about and what colour underware he favours.

Good-manners aside, what's it to you if he's telling porkies? If you feel there is reasonable doubt to the truth of his story why not just exercise a little self control, keep quiet and starve this thread of the oxygen of publicity.

I know you want to reply to this with a single rolley eyes smiley, or "thanks for proving my point about retards, retard!" But why not take this as an opportunity to practice that self-control?

Thanks, man. Getting here wasn't easy. But now I'm never leaving! (I still catch myself singing the Spider-Man theme song on the train home sometimes!)

Ryan,
Thanks for the vote of confidence!!! You're absolutely right, there's NO WAY I'd ever post my Passport or Driver's license on the internet. But looking around my cubicle I saw a few things I was able to scan in. My ID badge, My cubicle sign and my pass to Comic Con. I really don't know what else I can do to prove I am who I say I am. As for the number designation assigned to the Transformer's universe I have the emails confirming my post, but I can't post them (unless you'd like to take over paying my salary once I get fired for releasing company emails!)

Actually, your overreactions to something that wasn't about you just bore me now, and I already did say I have reasonable belief that he is who he is.
