I remember that one of the wikis suggested that the tech spec thing was just a play on his name, which is taken from the "galvanic cell"... commonly known as the battery.  | |

According to the instructions scan on our G1 Galvatron resource page, the parts are listed as a rifle (for his hand weapon) and the purple section that the cannon attaches to is a "laser connector", so the laser mentioned in the tech specs must be the arm cannon, rather than the rifle.
The only other Galvatron to mention his firepower is the 3 Inch Titanium Galvatron, that mentions that Galvatron transforms into a mobile particle cannon.
So according to the toy bios, Galvatron's got a directed electricity cannon in robot mode, and he transforms into a mobile particle cannon. Quote: |
