Transforming the World, one Geocache at a time.

The Official TF GeoCache List:
(If you "reformat" a GeoCache, please report it in this thread and I'll add it to the list!)

Erjadog-One- Minicon Knockout 9/20

GC19PGN Dacey Community Field (Traditional Cache) in Massachusetts, United States created by Fezziwig377 - Minicon Bonecrusher 10/25

Spring Ahead - BW Fuzor Noctorro 11/7

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
After thinking about it for years, I finally started Geocaching today.

For those not in the know, Geocaching is the world-wide treasure hunt game played using GPS devices, dime store trinkets, and a boatload of community spirit.

I think it's a great way to get out and get some exercise (I walked 10 miles today!), have a little adventure, and see places you never would go otherwise. And with the trinket-swapping, I think it's very collector-friendly

You can checkout Geocaching - The Official Global GPS Cache Hunt Site for more info.

So, naturally, I had to go and get Transfan'y with it, so I'm going to be putting TF stuff in all the caches I visit (assuming what I have fits..).

So as of 2PM today, This Cache has a minicon Knockout in it.

So I encourage current and future TF Geocachers to populate as many caches with robots as possible, and track 'em here.

The real fun will be seeing how long it takes for our lil' guys to start showing up in caches where we didn't put 'em ourselves.

Hyper-niche idea, I'll grant ya, but I'm totally stocked right now

I've always wanted to try geocaching, but so far I've stuck with it's ancestor letterboxing.

I only just learned about Letter boxing today while researching variations on Geocaching

Been meaning to try it our for years, but finally have the time and money (Not that I spent very much on my GPS dealie) to do it.

I can barely move right now, but it's deeply satisfying pain.

Search for Kup and Trailbreaker in Radicons or use the "threads started by" function for Tom_Servo or Spoonman to see more. They're customs I comissioned

To stay on topic- I guarantee I WON'T be putting either of these guys in a Geocache

That's a really nifty idea you got there. My mother has been trying to get me and my wife to geocache with her for awhile now. She even went so far as to buy us a nice gps from Target. I think I'm going to act upon your idea and start doing this too. Sounds like fun and I could really get into it now especially with putting a TF touch on it. Great thinking bro.
