This might be the topic of another thread from a long time ago but idk has there ever been a time where you didn't really feel the way a certain character acted or was portrayed in a certain series was a bit over the top or embarrassing? They all had their moments but I mean constantly made you not like that character in that series?
And movie doesn't count because I know a lot of people will be jumping on that wagon immediately.
Today, 3/3/10 marks me being on TFW2005 for one year! Thanks for a year of fun guys!

Also, G1 cartoon Wheelie. IDW's take was much better.

Both characters were great for the show itself, and David Kaye and Corey Burton were brilliant in their portrayals of the characters, but I never really liked their personalites.
Optimus Prime is a great character, of course, but I didn't like how Animated Prime was portrayed as a young, inexperienced rookie with big dreams and a bright future in contrast to an old, wise, powerful, and hardened Optimus Prime (Generation One and Bayformers).
I like Megatron as much as the next Transfan, but I wasn't all that crazy about Animated Megatron's British Hannibal Lector personallity. Hugo Weaving's Megatron is more his style, IMO. |

I hated how they were portrayed there as opposed to in the Marvel G1 comics. There may be no peace for the wicked, but the righteous can damn well get a piece whenever they feel like it. |

For me it's the Animated Dinobots. I actually like their character(s) well enough, but disliked that they were mostly just there to become lackeys for literally ANY bad guy who showed up on their island. (yet refuse to do jack crap for Autobots who help/save them more than a couple times.
Another candidate is Cybertron Megatron/Galvatron. That whole "I am more powerful than anyone or anything ('cept Optimus Prime) through sheer willpower!" bit got real old real fast. How the Animated toy line REALLY came to an end |

You don't like the characters, because the characters they were playing weren't their characters? |
