Not only he referred himself in the third person, but he said it in a non-crazy way.
Much more cool to watch than Armada's "Alliance" when Galvatron and Optimus shook hands...kind of... | Hell yeah! The Return of Optimus Prime parts 1 and 2 were pretty damn good.
Damn, it's really hard thinking of all the episodes, but Code of Hero really does stick out in my mind.

Code of Hero was the best storytelling but I feel that it was more a pivotal point of the series and not THE best TF episode. One of my favorites is Heavy Metal War because it really summed up the first season of Transformers and still kept everything going. If anything a toss up between those two.
