I'm starting this thread because I got into watching Beast Wars and one of the most annoying character traits in a Transformer came up.
I strongly dislike the fact that BW Megatron uses the word "Yes" so much. He even finishes sentences with the word "Yes". When I hear him say "Yyyeeessss" at the end of everything it is like scratching on a chalkboard.
So who is the most annoying TF to you and why? If you don't have a most annoying TF then what is they most annoying character trait to you?

In all due seriousness, many characters in Japanese TF series share a trait that I hate - the ability to go from uberpowerful warrior to comic relief within a couple of episodes. | |

Warpath's (BLAM!) outbursts were (POW!) annoying and amusing to me at the same (WHAMMO!) time.
Ditto for Seaspray's gargling voice. | |
