How about smEPIC?

Well it was the pilot episode. Hell in the pilot episode of Star Trek Spock had a personality. Things are bound to change from the pilot episode to the rest of the series.

I'm looking forward to introducing my nephew to G1 when he's old enough to appreciate the epic factor of it. Hes 3 now so im hoping next year ! Can't wait lol

Season 1 Episode 03: More Than Meets The Eye Pt3

80/100: This was a really good episode all in all and a fitting end for the pilot, had a lot of action, some character devolepment, and was just a good episode all around. I'm taking off points for the stupid missile dodging sequence and because of the random transforming sequences throughout this episode but all in all a great episode and a good ending.


As I said yesturday I will writing my comments down as I watch the episode so here we go.

Comments:

-Why is Thundercracker (I think) in the front and Starscream behind him in the theme song that's probably just makes Starscream's inferiority complex worse.

-Prime rolling around is still funny.

-I find it awesomely odd that Transforming actually requires some effort and it was also funny watching prime slowly transform back.

-R2-D2 is still alive HURRAY!

-What the hell kinda name for a HUMAN is Sparkplug? I guess the parents must have hated him or something.

-IronHide's Drill is the drill that will pierce the heavens!

-59.99 seconds....I guess Wheeljack doesn't like to round.

-LEAPING LUBRICANT.....that's all I have to say about that.

-Oh Ironhide your so hot-headed...trying to fight the entirety of the decepticons all by yourself.

-That missile dodging sequence was very funny because of how bad it was.

-Optimus Prime would make a....neat...president. If you change neat with amazing then I'll agree with you spike.

-Ravage has a hand inside of a...hand....that's smart thinking but you've gotta wonder what brought that idea into the design process.

-That sound effect noise for the cannon on Meg's arm just doesn't fit.

-EPIC COUNTER PLAN!

-Yay! More destruction of humans by decepticons.

-It's seems like the Autobots are preparing for a race more then they are preparing to attack the decepticons.

-Heh...first time Optimus used the trailer gun...which was immediately destroyed 5 seconds later.

-That must of been on hell of a rock to get Starscream's nulray out of his hands.

-If Optimus can fly normally why did he need Sideswipe's rocket pack?

-Obvious betrayal by Starscream...I wonder how much this will happen throughout the series.

-Hurray for Mirage and his hiding skills...Now random transforming thing...again.

-Heh. Poltical commentary.

Heh, I'm glad someone is doing this. Good luck getting through all 96 episodes!

If you're watching the Rhino or the Chinese sets, those excessive (sometimes to the point of overshadowing the voices) sound effects weren't originally there. They were added by Rhino. The sound they added for Megatron's cannon IMO was bad.

The next episode is Transport to Oblivion, then there's another 4 episodes before the Dinobots show up. If you're going to watch them all, you may as well watch them in order.
