It falls out in the package. A friend of mine spotted three at Wal-Mart all with missing heads! It's probably just rolling around underneath.

Man, that is bad, but the nosecone is visible towards the bottom corner of the box if you look closely. That's the first time I've ever seen that happen outside of the smaller missiles and such in a box, though.

Yeah, I've seen the exact same thing on Blitzwing at a Wal-Mart near me (nosecone/head rolling around in the package. Not surprisingly, it hung around in the store a LOT longer than the other Blitzwing toys from the big stocking surge.
