The date was sept 5, the disc was shipped from Valencia,california to montreal canada by UPS

Does it come in a generic paper sleeve or hard case? Artwork identical to disc 1?

Mine showed up today too.

Although they did completely butcher my name. I guess thats the bad thing about talking to an answering machine. At least it was the right address.
