Eh, no sense jumping the gun, but I agree we have a good two years comming. And, with an inevitable third film (we know Shia & a few of the other actors are signed for three films) I'd say we've probably got another good four or five years ahead of us.

Well, I dunno. Spidey got three films, too (so far,) and the last one didn't make for a "good year," exactly.

Here's hoping they give TF a good run, but don't run it into the ground. :-)

As much as a lot of fans hate to admit it, Armada made TFs big again with the kiddies in 2002. It's been a decent-selling toyline since then, and with the Movies bringing it back into the spotlight I'd assume we'll get plenty more years of Transformers glory ahead of us. You never know what the future holds.

I think this is the real G2 for this franchise. This is the time where a whole new batch of people will be sucked into the fandom, the likes of that have only been seen since G1

I agree that the next year or two will be golden...past that we shall see...but some definite soakage going on over here...my pocket book has been hurting the past couple weeks with animated and now for some reason I've gone into a Star Wars kick leading to the purchase of TF-SW figures that I said I would never buy...

But the pocket book is just going to have to hurt...I've waited a long time for a period in TF such as this and I'm not letting it pass by...

As long as the franchise makes money, Hasbro will be able to put more and more effort into it building it up and designing quality figures. I think it would take something very drastic to actually make the franchise sink back down at this point.

Yeah, like, they'd have to bring back Action Masters!

I would rather see more TF movies like the original one was done in cartoon form. Much better.

I'm going to enjoy what we have now, and worry about future lines as they happen.
