My mom knows G1 Optimus Prime & Bumblebee & can start to sing the theme song "Transformers, more than meets the eye". She can recognize the Autobot/Decepticon symbols. She saw the 07 movie and liked it. Beyond that, besides knowing I like Transformers, probably doesn't know anything about it.

My mom bought all the toys for my n my 3 bros as kids, and of course we watched the show and she was usually not far from the tv/kitchen area, so she thinks my collecting is cool, and went with us on opening day to the movie, so even though she doesn't know the names very well, she thinks their cool and a healthy hobby to be a part of.
