Got a Transformer tattoo? Post it here for everyone to see! Please post your images to this thread.

We now have an archive the images into a gallery here on TFW2005 for the world to see:

    Gallery now online: Transformers Tattoos.
    Keep posting your tattoos!

NOTICE: A few items to note:

    • To have your tatoo featured in our gallery, simply follow the guidelines in this thread: Fan Art Gallery Submissions Guidelines

[*]Please remember to attach your images!

      3. How do I attach images, and get them to show up in my thread?

      A) It's never been easier to post images than it is now! All you do now is when you post your thread, below the main text editing box you'll see a large button titled "manage attachments" simply click on that and upload your desired images. After you have uploaded them, click the button to close the pop-up window and return to your text editor. You'll now see all of your attached images listed below the main text box. Simply right-click each item (they're all a link) and select "copy link location" if you're using Firefox, and then in your text editor, go to the location you wish to have the attached image show up full-sized, and then use the traditional IMG button at the top of the editor and paste in the link. That's it! I hope this encourages everyone to attach more images to their threads. More images show your work off better, giving you more appreciation! And just FYI, the reason why we use this system, is so that we don’t have to deal with dead threads, which helps make us an even larger and more useful resource for customizers. Also, you can now attach up to TWENTY images per post instead of ten!

They're straight. I just have weird legs, plus the way I'm standing. It's hard to take a picture of the back of your legs. :D

Here are my own tats. My rendition of Dinobots sword, a Maxie symbol and a bot symbol. I plan to get more eventually.

I have a Jazz tat which is about 3/4 done. Should I post it or wait a week or so when he will be finished?

I'm still working on my Transformers half sleeve. There's always "one more session" I can't wait for this to be completed.

Have this on the upper portion of my arm. Pictures were taken prior to getting the Soundwave piece done. Two sessions total (~4 hours)

Soundwave still needs a little more detail added (Decepticon insignia on his chest) and some smoke around portions of his body (lower torso is one) to cap the half sleeve off. I'm already three sessions in for this piece and have another one on Friday. (~7 hours so far)

This Friday I will also get started on the outline of Starscream / Megatron, which will go sideways down the inside of my arm.

If I knew how to attach images to my posts, I would do so.
As of now, it says 'you cannot post attachments' so I'm just going to ignore that whole notion.

    ANYWAYS:

Depends on your pain tolerance, and it's placement.

I can zone out when getting tattooed usually.

For me, not too much. In fact, I rather enjoy the pain, oddly enough. Most painful was the sword, especially toward the tip.

This one was designed by our very own Josh. I originally inteneded for the guitar to run straight up through the Autobot symbol, he drew it offset. And frankly, I'm glad he did. He made it look much better.

My first tattoo, movie style autobot symbol (I liked it because it looked more agressive) in red shaded to look battle worn. Located on my right calf.

I've had the G1 logos for 10 years or so now (touched up recently too), but the circuit board along with the Max and Pred logos I got shortly before this past Botcon. Located on my left and right biceps.

Honestly, pain is all mind over matter. It's all a matter of how much you'd be willing to bleed for something.

No offense duder, but that 'Con symbol is some pretty shoddy work. I hope that wasn't professionally done.

I would've made it an attachment, but apparently I'm 'not allowed'. (Yes, I am pathetically computer impared as well).
Anyways here is my WIP. Yes, I know the artwork isn't very original, but I really like it. He's due to be finished on the 10th.
