Does it mean knock off, as in not the real thing? And how can people sell these? Wouldn't Hasbro sue? |

Generally the manufacturer gets away with it because they're either shell companies or because since Hasbro no longer makes the toy, they aren't "out" much in the way of financial loss, so they won't be able to get much money due to lost income.
