There's still about 4 or 5 strips left, but I'm having a *really* tough time translating them because the images are so small and hard to read. But here's the first sixteen.
I kept the jokes intact, so if some of em make no sense or just aren't funny...blame the AZNs. PelleCreepy

As for Vitory, unfortunately, no. I've got a lot on my plate, manga-wise.
Next up is gonna be the first issue of the Galaxy Force manga. That one's 30 pages so it may be a while. I then want to finish up the Super Robot Life manga. I've got two more issues of those left and then a special (also around the 30 page mark).
Victory is actually my third priority (after SRL and Galaxy Force). If I get sick of the first two I might translate a random issue of Victory just to kick the montony, though. PelleCreepy

Oh well, at least I can read other TF Mangas in the meantime. I just started reading the G2 Manga.

While "The Earth is in Danger" was rather dreadful, the Hidetsugu Yoshioka minicomics are pretty cool and the story pages supplement them rather nicely (though they're glorified story summaries, in all honesty).
