12. The pointing sucks, and one swipe to do a melee attack locks you in a combo and, if you use the Wiimote to melee attack, the pointer will end up in some god-awful position
Oh neat! I was going to ask around if it's out on Wii, but I guess this answers it. Post-wedding, I "end up with" a Wii. I think I'll play the TF game on that. Hooray for the perks of matrimony!
luckly i don't need to. my uncle has it and i can play it when ever i come over. as soon as he gets it hocked up.
Difficulty scale on PS2 is probably a 8. However, it gets really simple. The only reason I gave it an "8" was because of that Hoover Dam Shrinking Allspark mission for BumbleBee. Punch the energon drones instead of shooting them. It makes it ALOT easier. But still, the controls in both modes absolutely suck and your character can get caught and stopped dead in his tracks by the most simplest of things. If I'm a 30 foot tall giant robot, I SHOULD NOT BE STOPPED DEAD BY A CURB OR A DOWNED STREETLIGHT! Seriously. I should be able to just step right over it without having to JUMP over it. And also, it's incredibly tricky to pick up items and get your auto-aim to lock on the specific enemy your want it to lock on to. I've had many a time where my lock on will target the enemy behind the enemy I'm trying to target. And sometimes, the object your character threw at an enemy won't even hit them. It will go to the sides or directly overhead! And this is with the lock-on! The game is terrible IMO. It's rushed, VERY repetitive, unforgiving, ALWAYS timed, and INCREDIBLY EASY to beat. I beat the entire game (both campaigns) in about 8 hours. Rent it or skip it indefinitely. Go save yourself some money. Head to a SEARS and buy the Atari Transformers Armada game brand-new for $9.99. That's what I did. But I also ended up buying this crappy movie game.
OOO I may have to rent it. I saw it at Walmart the other night, but my fiance was against buying it (how could he NOT want the TF game!) and since most of the games are $50 we only buy ones we will both like to play.
Agreed. A couple of bits are frustrating, but mostly it is pretty samey and straightforward. Didn't even take me long to finish it.
I'm slowly beating levels...so judging by my proficiency at video games that should place the difficulty around a 2. Maybe 3 tops. Yes, I suck at video games. Honestly, I have more fun blowing up buildings as Barricade than playing the actual game.
