is Encore series from takara in good quality?

    are they built with metal or plastic piece? how about the comparison between Encore and Binaltech in terms of building quality? to my understanding, binaltech series is the best among others except masterpiece, then encore maybe?? thanks, guys.

    btw, do we have search function in this board? I couldn't find it otherwise I can search the answer.

    They're reissues of G1 toys, and since the original toys from 1984 had diecast in, so do these; they're mostly made of plastic though. Build quality?, other Takara reissues I own have largely been okay quality wise, the plastic seems to be more robust than that of the originals, but time will tell.

    It's been disabled along with a few other board features because of the high number of visitors to the site placing a strain on the server.

    The quality used should be similar to the originals. I've noticed that the face sculpt on some of the reissues have lost their detail, perhaps from mold overuse.
