Met Simon Furman

He was doing a signing at Orbital Manga in London. Signed my comic prequel and I even had a small chat with him.

Great.

I posted this in the Highs and Lows thread

High:
My local comic shop had a few of the IDW guys (Nick Roche, Simon Furman & Chris Ryall) in for a signing so I got a few of the Spotlights signed:

They also had a copy of the upcoming Galvatron Spotlight that I was able to have a look through.
Look very good, and there is a homage to Time Wars in there. But no, I'm not saying what it is.

Oh and Nick, if you read this, we aren't that scary. Honest.

We talked about the movie. He says he's seen the first 20 minutes and it looks cool. He also talked about the whole changes, and said that if the changes are in the right direction then it's all cool. We also agreed on the amazing job that ILM have done. All in all, he is really looking forward to seeing it.
