Nah. Human figures in Transformer lines have never appealed to me. I never cared for the Kicker figures or the BT* girls, much less the Kiss Play dolls. Leave the toy line to the Transformers.
if they made 2 -pack human figures such as Sam with Mikaela I would buy them. I would want them the size of Minicons though. The price should be the same price as the Cybertron Minicon vs packs. If they make Deluxe packs with humans they should have at least 7 in a pack, but only release such packs every now and then.
if If, they actually looked like the characters, and were detailed, they would be nice, not wanted but nice, but undoubtedly they would be hunks of unidentifiable plastic, that looked horrible with the new toys, that are not so hot themselves.
I guess I'm thinking more along the lines of what robotech did, or voltron. they had the oversized vehicles that could accommodate pilots. But, they had lines where the focus was more on the human characters, than on the vehicles. It's ashame that tf humans are, for the most part, largely forgettable. I wouldn't mind getting a Sam figure. I'd finally have something to take my anger out on whenever I get angry. But yeah, I think human figures would work out with the movie toys. Unfortunately, they'd have to be in-scale with the Transformers themselves. So, they'd have to be the size of Micro Machines, which isn't a bad idea.
Well, they've been marketing the Star Wars "drivers" with the SWTFs...but, then, I don't think anybody keeps those.
They just need to do a couple of repaints of the Sigma 6 2.5 inch line as Sector 7/Army guys with vehicles, and have them fill out the tail end of the Deluxe line. I'd love to have a tiny Lennox figure with an RPG to put on Ironhide's shoulder.
