This is what I found when I when shopping today.

Fast Action Battlers hanging on a peg hook at Kmart










The only problem that I had buying the Fast action battlers was that the computer said Before Sale Date, But the thing that was odd was I never even said anything. She just told me that she would be right back. I figured that she would come back and tell me that I could not buy them.

About a minute later she came back and told me she was sorry for the delay. I asked her what the problem was and she told me that these should not be out for sale yet, but since they are out on the shelf, she has to sell them to me no matter what.

They said they could not find anything in the toy department with the same price, so they grabbed something that was $9.99 instead (Sky Dancers?) and that is how she rung them up.

 

Saw the Cyber Slammers at Henderson Wal-Mart (I'm not buying them) and Cyber Stomping figures at Henderson K-Mart (again not buying it) and Omtimash at Books A Million in Evansville (again passed)

 

I think these have been popping up at Kmarts for a few weeks.

Still, it's cool that she found a way to sell them to you... working the system FTW!

my walmart has a lot of stuff. deluxes, voyager SS and Ironhide, cyber slammers, FAB, CYberstompers, Cybertron heros, leader prime...ALL on the shelves but won't sell them  

 

I had that problem when the Star Wars Episode 3 figures came out.

 

Now THAT is how these stores should work if something like this happens. They take responsibility for their employees, and not frustrating the customer in the process.

 

So, now if they end up being defective, how are you going to return any if the receipt is for something else?

 

I grabbed Optimash at K-mart today. He's awesome

 

They've been out here for almost a month now.
