Damn those copyright laws, just make it happen! edit: sorry for posting in the wrong forum. I only realized this a few minutes afterward, but it was great so many people were debating it.
Umm... wrong forum? Seriously though, do you mean 20th anniversary as in a reissue or the way the 20th anniversary Prime was an all new "Masterpiece" mold? Either way I'd be meh about it. I'm really not that big a fan of the old G1 toys anymore outside of the nostalgia factor -well and Jetfire was actually a good toy, but that wasn't one of Takara's boys either- to really care about a reissue of "Shack"wave. As for a "Masterpiece" version, I think there's a lot more characters that are more deserving in the long run myself.
on-topic, radioshack couldnt do it for the same reason hasbro couldnt. the company it was licensed from is gone.
How could anything be a "20th" now? Maybe "20 +" Anway, a MP Shockwave would be awesome. Shockwave isn't such an over-used character either.
no way, that toy might look cool, but they really need to fix a few of it's "problems" like falling apart at any slight touch! i have never seen a shockwave or shackwave for sale, that is NOT broken in some way. that toy is a piece of junk, the character might of been cool, but the toy for sure is not, they're better off re-releasing shockblast from energon, and painting it gray. or just painting it all purple. *removing the icky greens and bright gray's*
yea, his mold probably broke too! there is good reason why hasbro stopped making them, because they are poorly designed toys.
