Movie Size

Is it me or does it seem like starscream should be much larger than all of the other characters?

seems so yes, but there's also empty space on those f22 jets (like the engines and outside fuselage that's there for aerodynamic purposes...) ultimately... we'll see it, when we see it, I can sort of agree, but I'd hate to see him bigger than megs.

This has been done to death but, yes, Starscream will be taller than all the Autobots but is still shorter than Megatron. (and Blackout)

Indeed he's the second tallest, and that's even with the chicken legs and wide frame that allow to minimize his height.

3rd tallest actually, just below Megs, who in turn is smaller than Blackout.

I suspect that there may be some subtle mass-shifting. Nothing that would be blatantly obvious, but enough to keep Starscream from being too big when compared to the rest of the bots. Even with those chicken legs, I still suspect that Starscream should be bigger than he's been portrayed thus far.

But don't forget his squat torso, all that is just enough to keep him from being taller than Megatron.

Why is SS a voyager? That means he's going to be the same size as ironhide. The whole toy line is goning to be completely out of scale.
