In which episode (name) can Vector Prime be seen battling Galvatron in another dimension?

During the end credits of the last episode. I'm not sure if that was included in the US footage.

Wrong episode - Inferno is simply a dub of episode 2, which they didn't dub at first because theyw ere trying to get around the fact Galaxy Force was written as a different continuity. Of course, Crazy Old Takara has NOW decided Galaxy Force IS a part of the Unicron Trilogy!

So once again, I bet Aaron Archer is saying "Ahhh.... shit" because of Takara's bizzare decisions :p

RoboRic: Episode you're looking for is ep 51, Beginning. There's no scene, its just a static picture of them doing something with swords in a green dimension.

    Here's a screencap.

The DVD release of that episode in Japan had an explanation for each of the scenes shown. I forget the exact explanation, but I think it was explained that Master Galvatron was resurrected beyond space-time and would be forever locked in combat with Vector Prime, with dire consequences should Galvatron ever win.

Not quite, the Cybertron credits added two extra stills, the first was the three Armada kids, the second was Kicker from Energon. Both shots had images of TFs behind them, which serve as a link to their generation - the Armada kids had their Minicons, Kicker had Energon Hot Shot. I don't think those were the actual TFs, I think it was more of a "good bye my friends, we'll always have our memories (the TFs shown behind)"

If that's the case, then the universe is in major trouble. I loved Vector Prime, but he got his butt handed to him pretty much every time he got in a fight (he's kinda like Sawyer from Lost, in that respect).

That was before the credits played; when the 4 ships took off is when that was shown.
