Does anyone know what that Generation One - Galvatron Statue by First4Figures looks like? A lot of places have it for presale but none have pictures. I'm thinking that it's going to be be a very good likeness and hopefully will inspire a figure just as nice to come out.

Damn straight! A brand new mold Classics Galvatron could've been awesome. Mobile laser/plasma/fusion/whatever cannon FTW!

Incepticon hasn't returned to this thread ever since making his enigmatic and unverified statement. Interesting.

EVERYTHING IN THE UNIVERSE is on Hasbro's 'shortlist'.

Ask them this year if there will be a Classics Optimus Prime, and Aaron will say its on the shortlist :D

A Titanium figure of that would be incredible.

I know this will sound weird, but I had a dream that Arron Archer said we were getting a classics Tripticon. He was gonna be a Cosmos repaint. WTF is wrong with my brain to put that together in a dream?

Okay, before you decide to post more smartass quips, let me explain.

*I* wasn't trying to announce anything. Far from it. Over on one of the other TF forums, someone had posted what apparently appears to just be "The Ark" artwork, but they grayscaled & cropped it so as to look like a sketch. They also had one of those Titanium checklists that we've seen before and must have added the names Galvatron & Cyclonus on their own. If I would have thought to save it, I'd repost it here.

So as far as I was concerned, along with some other people, Galvatron & Cyclonus were "confirmed" to also come out via the Titanium line since there seemed to be some visual evidence backing it up. I didn't think it was big "news" or anything, hence me not posting anything even remotely close to "OMG! G1 Galavtron & Cyclonus are confirmed to be released!!!!!!". I simply said based on what I saw, Galvatron was going to be an awesome Titanium. People taking it as news was an unfortunate side effect. My excitement about what appeared to be a new redesign was simply that - excitement - not rumor mongering or an insinuation that I know something that no one else does yet.

But to be fair, there also doesn't seem to be anyone saying anything to the contrary in regards to "The Ark" sketches of Galvatron & Cyclonus not being indications of possible new Titanium designs either. So, using MythBusters terms, I'd still chalk this up to being possible or plausible, but neither confirmed or busted :)  If I can find the original thread that I read this in where the images were posted, I'll post a link to it.

Yeah, I've been wanting a movie accurate Galvatron really bad for a long time, the original toy mold looked horrible, and while the Energon guy looks good -- he's NOT G1. Nowadays with G1 showing back up everywhere would be a perfect time to drop a new/better G1 Galvatron (but don't forget Cyclonus!) for us fans of Megatron's crazed counterpart. We got Scourge, Rodimus Prime, and Ultra Magnus out of Titanium, why not Galvatron? It only makes sense!
