Extremely unlikely. A Jet in the same scale as Alternators would probably cost over $100 just because of their size.

Well I don't really know how I feel. It might be cool, but as was said they already did at least 2 of the cassette bots. This would have been a great idea for Ravage and even Rumble/Frenzy. Laserbeak would certainly work, but that's really the only one left that has some name recognition.

All Alts. being cars ir a neat gimmick, but after you have a few it's like...how about some variation?

I do want to see the Alts continue. I mean a line without a Megaron is just....sad. Also Soundwave should be done as well.

I enjoy the alternators as just cars. Something different, no need to ruin it. But yes a few new car models would be nice.

I'd be up for some Alternator motorcycles. I already display Lugnutz, Hightail, and Arcee with my Alternators anyway (and seeing that pic of Axer next to the Ram makes me think I'm going to have to pick him up as well.... I didn't realized he was that big, for some reason I thought he was mor G1 Groove-sized).

But I wouldn't want to see too MANY of them. Obviously, as someone mentioned earlier, it would be great to see characters who already WERE motorcycles, like Groove, Wreck-gar, or even the technobot Afterburner (maybe as a more futuristic concept bike). Wheelie, hated as he is, would make a decent motorcycle (and his name would make more sense).

I think I'd rather not see the cassettes as motorcycles... Rumble, Frenzy and Ravage are already taken care of; Steeljaw, if anything, should be a Ravage repaint; Ramhorn, Overkill, and Slugfest should all be bigger characters; Laserbeak/Buzzsaw should be an integrated part of a Soundwave Alt., like an engine or stereo system; Rewind and Eject would be sort of silly, mostly because their names would make no sense. That leaves.... Ratbat, I guess? I guess he would make an okay motorcycle.

The problem with Transformers motorcycles, though, has always been the conspicuous lack of a rider. I mean, cars can theoretically move around without a driver and be a LITTLE less obvious.... or they can create a lo-quality hologram that holds up behind glass. But a motorcycle tooling around on its own would be pretty darn conspicuous, and it seems like creating a holographic rider would be much more difficult.

    Sorry... being long-winded again. <=)

Though maybe not as Alts themselves, I would love to see the Alt *concept* used in other vehicles. Something like a smaller, less detailed, all plastic MP Starscream. Military, construction, transport vehicles and the like that are in scale to the alts in *robot* mode. Something that uses a real world alt mode and has a complex transformation into a detailed and articulate robot.

I'd rather see motorcycles in Classics than in Alternators. Officially licensed vehicles are too restrictive. Maybe a deluxe Wreck-gar with a generic Junkion repaint he could ride in robot mode. Include the CD single for Dare to be Stupid.

IF they were to continue Alts, anything that could improve variety would be good.

    No interest in motorcyles.

Interest in keeping more faithful to G1? Yes. More vans, trucks, planes and construction vehicles (even if the scale has to be changed)? Yes. Motorcyles? No.

Aww man, it'd be perfect if HasTak got a Kawasaki license. I would love to see Afterburner as a Kawasaki C14 new Concourse, though I'm a tad biased as I'm waiting for that to come out anway. I can also see Groove as a Police 1000, the CHP standard till recently.

Wreck-Gar? Heh, just throw together bits 'n pieces of whatever. Make him look like a total rat-bike crotch rocket.

I got bored with Alts after a while. I much prefer Classics for the smaller size & variety. For me to buy new Alts should they return, one of two things needs to happen:

    1) They expand into motorcycles, jets, military hardware, etc. Scale be damned as long as they are detailed & complex.

    2) If they insist on sticking with cars, they really need to go after some better models. I mean, come on: a Honda Civic? Acura Hatchback? Give me a break. Where is the GTO, '69 Charger, DeLorean, '80s Trans Am/IROC-Z, any Lamborghini, any Ferrari, etc. I wouldn't even care if they were new characters. If they stick with the same type of dull cars you can find in the parking lot of Target, count me out.

Outside of wanting to see a few new vehicles like SUV's, more trucks and some entirely new car molds, I like Alternators the way they are. Motorcycles are too small and would be a silly addition to the line imo.

I agree. Alternators should remain cars, trucks, etc. Alternators should remain in general, I hope they bring more figures to the line after the movie.
    Let's see an Escalade.

I disagree. For example, a pickup truck/ditrbike Alt combination would be great, with the bike being a scout bot.

HasTak has done decent bike transformers in the past, and if they combine Alt engineering to it, it could be awesome.
